Armas de Lanzós
We selected the winery’s finest must of 2013, which, following primary fermentation in stainless steel, was aged extensively in vats. Following filtering, it was left to settle for a lengthy period lasting almost two years. It was then oxidised in 500 litre barrels before bottling on Saint Andrew’s day 2016. It boasts a refined Albariño bouquet comprising ripe fruit and citrus, compote and honey hints. Sharply acidic, yet delightfully unctuous evolving into a generous warmth. A wine for keeping capable of stopping time in its tracks.
